This is a cute kit from True Colors Crafts Craftin' Tubes called Angel Notes: Gifts are Tied with Heartstrings.
Cute angel has bluebirds and a wreath on her skirt and the words " Gifts are tied with Heartstrings".
Her arms are red polka dot as is the bottom skirt.
She has pretty gold lame wings.
Just cut, stuff, hand sew or glue, quick and easy.
No actual size is given but I would guess she would be 8" to 10" high.
Kit is not in the original package but is new and complete.
