This is punch hook embroidery kit.

Kit is new in package, there are some spots on the plastic cover, but they are just on the outside.
Kit includes 8 page illustrated booklet with instructions, printed decorative burlap, acrylic yarn, easy to use punch hook, embroidery needle, wood picture frame, embroidery hoop, accessories to complete picture as shown, and mounting board.
All you will need in addition to complete the project is a pair of scissors.
