This is a cute kit from Bernat Kits & Crafts Kids Collection for a fire engine latch hook rug, called My Fire Truck.
Finished size is 33" X 21".
Kit is new in package and includes precut 100% acrylic yarn, easy to follow instructions, full color graph, 50% polyester/50% cotton rug canvas, and latch hook.
There is some black stuff under the plastic on the back, I am not sure what it is, but is has not affected the contents, and it is still in the original plastic and the kit is not open.
