Pretty Fabric Panel for A Cat Vest
This is the 2 front panels to make a vest with a brown cat on each side.
The colors are burgundy and blue with a cat on each side and blue at the top with stars.
Each side is 24 inches long and 13 inches long.
There are no instructions with it, I will send a copy of patterns and instructions from another vest that I have, but they will not be the original instructions.
The material is a heavy cotton weave.
There is no writing on the panel so I do not know who manufactured it.
