There is a sheet of instructions for a throw pillow.
I am assuming they are the directions for the pillow.
It could also be cut apart and 4 small pillows made.

It also has the number DRC 7000-D.
There is also a needle.
Includes the front, back , and center batting.
The edges of the back are slightly frayed, and there is a light spot in one corner.
The back is lightweight linen and the front is cotton.
