This is a kit from Creativity Kits to make a floral decorative tray using rubber stamps.
Tray is wooden and decorated with flowers,
I believe the original packaging is gone but the supplies are still in a sealed package.
Kit includes wooden tray pieces, wood block, self adhesive foam, paints, sandpaper, paintbrush, foam brush, tacky glue, nails, and pattern sheet.
I am not sure the paint is the original paint that came with the kit but there is a palette with 6 colors plus one.
I am listing the contents off the sheet, and I can find them all but the nails. So I am not sure if they are there or not.
