This pretty dress from No Boundaries is a size Large, 100% polyester.
It is black velour with silver flowers embroidered in. ( probably machine embroidered).
The shoulders are 32" , the bust is 40", and it is 36" long. The sleeves are 6" long. The skirt has a 28" flair.
There is a matching 24" fabric tie that is attached under the bra line and ties in the back.
I wore this dress once a few years ago for a few hours on Christmas Day, it has not been worn since, just hung in my closet.
