This is a sweet little kit from Better Homes and Gardens to make 2 kitty draftstoppers, one red and one blue.
They are 10 1/2" tall and 36" long or to your desired length.
The kit includes calico, satin, felt, ribbon, bells, patterns, and complete instructions.
The kit is not in the original package but the contents are in new condition.
