This is a a frame from Creative Circle that is new, there is also a mat with it.
The frame is 13" x 13", and has a hanger.
The frame is black which is hard to see with the paper covering they have over it.
The mat is also from Creative Circle and has an outside dimension of 13" x 13", and the inside dimension is 10".
Instructions are included with it, the mat is a peachy color.
Both pieces are new, the plastic is torn a little, but is new in package.
