This book was given to my father by the author when they both lived in a senior retirment home in Wenatchee, Washington and was given to my dad on 11-12-1995 at the Garden Terrace Retirement Home.
The pages are in excellent condition and the cover is in very good condition.
My dad did write that the book belonged to him in both the front and back cover, and on one page wrote that the book was given to him by the author, the date, and the place. This is on a blank filler page in the front.
