This is a cute mini license plate for Nebraska that says " I am loved".
The plate is yellow with a red rectangle in the center.
At the top it says Nebraska in black letters with 3 birds flying below the word.
In the rectangle in the middle, the words "I am loved" are in black and there are black decorations in each corner.
It is 4" long x 2 1/4" high, and 1/8" thick.
There are 2 holes at the top to hang it up or attach it to a keychain.
It has never been used, but I have had it for some time. It has been in my dresser drawer all that time.There may be some minute surface scratches, but none that show up.
