This is an iron on applique from Daisy Kingdom of a bunny with a staff and ducks.
Above it says Noel in a banner with holly.
Package has been opened but the applique is in new condition.
Just iron on with fusible web and finish with slick paint.
It is called Shepherdess Noel.
No size is given but it shows it being put on a shirt.
