This is a neat little kit from Regal Greetings to make a wishing well tissue box cover.
The top of the well is done in red with black posts and the bottom which holds a botique style box of kleenex is done in a light brown with pink flowers and green leaves.
I am not sure of the height but the kit includes dowel, bucket, needle, plastic canvas, yarn and instructions.
It is a very pretty tissue box cover.
