This is an adorable kit from Bucilla called "Smile" sampler.
It has a cute little boy with a fireman hat and hose, and his puppy in a wagon.
It says "Smile - it makes people wonder what you are up to".

Kit has been opened but is in new condition.
Kit includes picture stamped on sturdy decorator fabric, polyester/cotton, 100% Persian crewel wool, cotton floss, shoelace, needle and instructions.
Cut size is 15 x 18 and frame size is 11 x 14 (inside dimensions).
