This is a cute sampler from 1974 from Columbia Minerva called Cook's Sampler.
There is a border of red flowers and green leaves surrounding the words " Kitchen closed because of illness, I am sick of cooking."
It is really cute.
Kit is new in package and includes stamped design on rayon/acetate fabric,cotton embroidery thread, needle and simple instructions.
It is 9 x 12.
