This is a pretty bag set from Modella, two piece set.
It is quilted and includes a bag that could be used for makeup or as a purse, and a coin purse.
The coin purse is 6 x 3 1/2 and zips. T
he bag is 11 x 6 x 3 and has a black inlay where the zipper is. This inlay feels leathery but is probably manmade.
The handles are about 4 inches.
