This is a pretty little kit from Creative Circle, 1985, called Baby Blessing.
It has a little baby in a cradle with flowers and the words "God Bless This Baby".
It was designed by Pat Moats and finished size, including ruffle is approximately 8 inches in diameter.
Kit includes design silk screened on cotton muslin, calico for ruffle, cotton embroidery flosses, 6" wooden hoop, sewing thread, chenille needle, and instructions.
