This is a pretty mini collector plate from Washington state.It is 4 3/4" in diameter, and has a scenic type picture with Washington across the center.
The edge is trimmed with a gold rim.The picture has a fist, an apple, mounatins, a dam and trees.
There is one small chip on the left side, and the bottom has yellowed a little.
Very pretty plate.
